1. THE SYS(9103) FUNCTION:
SYS(9103) - Enables or disables creating a new command window history file before Visual FoxPro exits
Enables or disables creating a new command window history file before Visual FoxPro exits.

Disables creating a new command window history file before Visual FoxPro exits. 0 is the startup default for Visual FoxPro Advanced.

The SYS(9103) function is only used in the Visual FoxPro Advanced Interactive Development Environment (IDE).
If we disable creating a new command window history file before Visual FoxPro exits in Visual FoxPro Advanced,
if the command window history file exists, it will open the command window history file,
if the command window history file does not exist, it will create a new command window history file,
and then write data to the file before it exits.
If we enable creating a new command window history file before Visual FoxPro exits in Visual FoxPro Advanced,
it will ALWAYS create a new command window history file, and then write data to the file before it exits,
but sometimes the command window history file is an empty file, the content of the command window history file has been lost.
It is the same as Visual FoxPro 9.0 and earlier versions.
Command Window (from dv_foxhelp9.chm).
The contents of the Command window are saved to a file, _command.prg, automatically unless the noRecentDocsHistory system policy
is enabled or you are not using a FoxUser resource file.
2. CAUSE:
There are some BUGs in the following code.

We can write some code to fix the BUG.
